Data Conversion Initial contact is made with the centre to set out data migration timelines, logistics and expectations. Obtain sample test data set and rehearse data migration in test environment. Data Validation will be done in order to demonstrate data formatting, and identify any change requests. This could take multiple iterations. Obtain final data set and import final data to production environment. Centre to review final data and to confirm data completeness. Obtain data migration sign-off.
