Design work by B. Holt 7/2010 Football alumni and supporters of MWSU Football joined forces to begin a Booster Club for Missouri Western Football. The establishment and incorporation of this organization did not differ from that of the Tiger Quarterback Club at Missouri or other Booster Clubs at major universities or schools in the MIAA. The First and Ten Club in its initial year sponsored three team meals, two fan tailgates, a fan bus to the Pittsburgh State game, an alumni and fan social at homecoming, the 40 th Alumni Football Anniversary and gave over $10,000 to the MWSU Football Program. The First and Ten Club is a non-for-profit tax-exempt entity formed to support the student athletes, programs, projects, and coaches in the Missouri Western Football Program. The club is under the umbrella of the Gold Coat Club, but the First and Ten Club will not replace the Gold Coat Clubs support and funds. The First and Ten Clubs sole purpose and use of funds will go to enhance fan and alumni support and the Western Football Program only! Click to continue
