Day 10.5 Cooking Methods Lab Planning Target: Demonstrate knowledge of different cooking & preparation methods. Questions: Why is it important to know different cooking methods and preparation terms? Planning Since planning is just as important as lab participation…. Today you will be finishing your planning for cooking methods. We will NOT be doing the lab, you will be graded on your plan and your rail just as you would otherwise. You will be given grades for these activities
