Visualization of Group Related Differences in Histopathology Data Goals To develop ideas regarding the potential for graphical displays to communicate histopathology results and to aid in data analysis Project status Ongoing with proposal to continue Accomplishments Publication: Graphical display of histopathology data from toxicology studies for drug discovery and development: An industry perspective. Regulatory Toxicology and Pharmacology, 2016; 82:167-172 Poster at 2017 FDA PhUSE CSS: Graphical display of histopathology data from multiple toxicology studies

Visualization of Group Related Differences in Histopathology Data Proposed Activities for 2017 Edit “mock” SEND datasets of histopathology data for incorporation into various software applications (example: sunburst plot) Generate graphical displays of multistudy data sets across applications for development of manuscript based on 2017 poster Evaluate suitability of sunburst software for displaying IMI eTOX data Collaborate with Nonclinical Scripts working group for expanding utility of software applications to other hierarchical and descriptive datasets (ex, clinical observations)
