What is the essential question of this case “Does the exclusionary rule apply to searches conducted by school officials in public schools”

Using the evidence you found during your reading, summarize the back round of the case in three complete sentences. 1-T.L.O. was a high school student who was searched for cigarette's. 2-The school found small amounts of weed, cigarette’s and a list of people who owed her money 3-T.L.O. went to the New Jersey supreme court

What are the constitutional principles related to this case, list the principles and summarize them. 4 admendment: No unreasonable search and seisure
