Job Market Readiness Student Preparation Problem Solving Computer Workstation Skills: Traits: Self-motivated Proactive In the petroleum industry the successful new hire will be able to approach almost any problem and find a solution. They will be computer workstation literate, having become so through university experience, summer internships or self initiated course attendance. And without question, the successful employee will be self-motivated and proactive, taking charge of their career within the boundaries of the employer's guidelines.
