Vertical Velocity or Precipitation

700mb vertical velocity and precipitation Vertical velocity indicate negative values over central and eastern parts of Africa thus ascending of air but for some parts of Africa shows sinking of air. And since over northern parts of Kenya there was high moisture availability and ascending of air we expect heavy rainfall. Therefore for the coming four days high rainfall is expected to intensify over central africa to East Africa and some development of heavy rainfall over northern Indian ocean.
