Take-Aways

If you always do what you’ve always done, then you will always get, what you’ve always got. The moral of the lesson is as stated in this quote. Don’t be reluctant to try new things in your club. Strive to create an atmosphere where every member feels as if they can bring a new idea for a project to the group and have it warmly embraced. (Certainly, politely listened to at a minimum.) Our goal should be to round out our club projects by touching on all of the areas of interest. That is how we have the opportunity to weave in our District and International goals seamlessly with the desires of individual members. This is how it all fits together.
