Unit 7 evaluation

This is the final product of my interactive poster This is the final product of my interactive poster. The background and bottom left image is my primary research, I visited places that contribute to my theme of the sheffield music scene, and used secondary research to collect images of the artists associated to the sheffield music scene. I included hyperlinks to more of my work and the other artists products. For my interview with Gridlock I created my own questions for the interviewee with questions relating to him and his thoughts on the Sheffield music scene. I used my secondary research on Bring me the horizon to create an article about them and their shop in Sheffield.

Target audiences opinion I asked students in Hillsborough college on their opinion of my interactive poster, as students in the college are usually in my target audience of 16-24 year olds. Skye said that she thought my interactive poster was professional and it was very clear with hyperlinks and text.

My Opinion. I think my poster was successful as I included good content and a fair amount of primary and secondary research. The poster itself doesn’t have a lot of text, but some images lead to articles of my own, and the website for. west street live.

How I could improve. I could have improved my overall performance by managing my time better to get better images and more information about the my theme. If I did this I would get a better background image for my poster.

Conclusion. Overall, I think my interactive poster was a success, I created a clear poster with a good layout, and developed skills that would enable me to create an interactive poster later in life.
