BOOK TALKS!

Do you like dragons and sword fighting?

Do you like Action and Adventure? Do you like magical creatures?

The Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paolini is a great place to start! The first book of this cycle is called Eragon. It starts with a 15 yr. old boy named Eragon, who doesn't know it yet, but is about to embark on a serious adventure to save the realm of Alagasia. His destiny as a Dragon rider is soon revealed to him. And he along with an old story teller, a magic sword, and a loyal dragon set out to overturn the rule of the evil king, Galbotorix.

These books have it all! Eragon is first introduced to us, the story goes on into his escape from king Galbotorix's evil henchmen. How he reaches his destiny and starts his training. How he even saves an elf princess from a dungeon, and falls deeply in love with her. All the while he's learning of the great history of Dragon Riders before him and of their legends and culture.

Once you start reading you won't be able to stop! These books are great if you love curling up and getting lost in a whole other world. They have many different religions in them and fantastical creatures and beings. There is magic, and all kinds of amazing things If you need any more persuasion you can always go to the website www.
