Comments Received Public comments were received on 12 rules within 15A NCAC 13B during comment period: .0540, .0831, .1102, .1104, .1107, .1111, .1205, .1206, .1207, .1633, .1634 (4 comments), and .1635 All 12 rules had agency determination of “necessary with substantive public interest”. Comments on rules will be addressed during re-adoption process. No agency determinations were changed in response to public comments.
