River Street Camp: Purpose The City’s River Street Camp is a temporary program located at 1220 River Street for those experiencing homelessness. The program will provide a safe and respectful environment for participants to set up tents with the intent to create a sense of community and an opportunity to make lasting social service and housing connections.

River Street Camp: Security Perimeter and Neighborhood Security Provided by SCPD Perimeter Security Provided by First Alarm Onsite Security Provider by Operator 24/7 Staffing Coverage

River Street Camp: Budget Operator Staffing ($53,000) Infrastructure: Hygiene, Storage and Office ($8,000) Maintenance: Cleaning Services ($7,500) Services: Food and Transportation ($23,000) $91,500 Monthly Direct Cost

River Street Camp: Partnerships City of Santa Cruz County of Santa Cruz Faith-Based and Non-Profits Business Community Both the City and & County have Committed General Fund Support Seeking Support from Broader Community Groups
