Pairing Wine with Food SPRING 2018

Light Bodied White Wine Pinot Gris (Grigio)

Pinot Grigio PINOT GRIS Pinot Gris and Pinot Grigio are the same thing. Known for dry, refreshing tart flavor. Meant to be enjoyed ice cold, and young while they have maximum acidity and bold fruit. Aromas of lime, lemon, green apple, honey, clove, almond and beeswax. Pinot Grigio PINOT GRIS

Pinot Grigio PINOT GRIS American Pinot Grigio often have more exaggerated fruit flavors and with less acidity than European varieties German Pinot Gris has bold aromas of white peach and lemon zest with subtle “spice” note that can come across as honeycomb and allspice in this wine. Expect German wines to be typically dry, although some have just a subtle sweetness to add body. Pinot Grigio PINOT GRIS
