Thought for the Week: Being forgiving.

Sometimes when someone hurts you with either their words or actions, it is really difficult to forgive them.

The problem is, if you don’t forgive them the anger grows and grows.........

It may grow and grow until you feel that you are going to explode.......

Eventually you will.......

The only way to stop this happening and keep your mind healthy is to let go of your anger..................

Reflection Time: : Think about the times you have felt hurt or angry. How does that make you feel inside? Imagine yourself blowing up a balloon and filling it with your anger or bitterness. Now let the balloon go.........
