Lesson 24 Robust Vocabulary

descendants Your relatives in future generations are your descendants.

fertile Land that is fertile is full of nutrients that are good for growing crops

flourish Something that is flourishing is successful and growing rapidly.

immortalize When someone is immortalized, something has been created to keep the memory of that person living forever.

When something is intact, it is whole and undamaged.

primitive Something that is primitive is crude, simple, and not technologically advanced.

reinforce When something reinforces something else, it provides additional strength and support. You can reinforce the rules too !

ritual A cultural's rituals are its ceremonies that involve a series of actions performed according to a set order.
