Omar Alattar The goal of my paper is to investigate census data to gain insight and attempt to draw correlations on the differences in average salaries with respect to gender and ethnicity

The kinds of data I will use I will use average salary data obtained from the USA census data. I may display this data in a graph vs. gender or ethnicity. I may also display the data vs. gender and ethnicity simultaneously.

Arguments and conclusions After studying the data and viewing it in different ways I will use the outcome of my studying to argue either that there is an apparent inequality in average salaries based on gender or race, or there isn’t. I am hoping to demonstrate the conclusion that there may or may not be discrimination based on gender or race.
