2014 LTIP Grant Summary The 2014 LTIP consists of three grants. Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Performance Stock Units (PSUs). Time Based Deferred Cash (Def Csh). All three grants require online acceptance and you must read and accept the 2014 LTIP RSU Agreement; the 2014 LTIP PSU Agreement and the 2014 LTIP Deferred Cash Agreement. Grant Date - December 16th 2014.
