SuperUser Mobilization CCH Super User List almost done! So far have 260 volunteers from almost all areas of the hospital; and at least 60 willing to support the second live for HUP/Presby Next Steps: KZH to send out to dept managers for validation Any dept missing? Feast or famine? KZH to send master list to central project team- due early May Establish process for updating list of names Santa Rosa consulting contracted for SUs Verify additional SU for our live- Epic, LGH, Consultants? Need to establish process for updating the list of names

Timeline for SuperUsers August 15- 26: SuperUser Classes August 27- October 18: Super Users must attend at least 3 additional classes in their specialty to help out/get more comfortable Informatics Council members are helping providers too, so need to attend at least 3 of their classes Class requirements can generally be worked out around a vacation week October 15-22: Organization meeting or webex right before live. Saturday, October 22- November 5: All SuperUsers must be working full time- either as a designated SuperUser, but the rest of the time as “very prepared staff”. Second two weeks of Live- SuperUsers available at least part time. Downtown is implementing vacation restrictions – 6 weeks pre and post live
