Vacancy – Production Coordinator (Goods In) Based at Sutton Road, reporting to the Factory Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the receipt of daily deliveries from suppliers and ensure that all appropriate paperwork is completed to the purchase order. Main Duties include: Liaise with suppliers and the Purchase Department to ensure materials are available when required. Responsible for quantifying on a daily / weekly basis the stock levels of raw materials on site Involvement in quarterly stock takes Responsible for chasing any missing / incorrect deliveries direct with the relevant Supervisors / Managers to ensure load points are made. Responsible for communicating any foreseeable difficulties completing daily production targets as soon as possible to the Production Supervisor. Communicate any quality concerns with the Production Supervisor. Responsible for own and others Health & Safety at work. Ensuring good housekeeping is maintained    The ability to work accurately with good attention to detail is paramount to this role in addition to excellent communication and organisational skills.
