3 things to remember: 1. Monday Feb 19 – student abstract submission deadline Faculty sponsor reviews by Feb 28. Revisions can be made. 2. Registration fee is $25 students, $35 faculty and includes lunch. However, thanks to a generous grant from the Campus Development and Enrichment Fund (OAS), our own student presenters will have the $25 registration fee waived. Registration fees for faculty mentors of presenting students will be covered by other allocated funds. Students & faculty may attend open sessions for free without needing to register.…but lunch is not included. Registration will be required to attend the luncheon. Registration deadline is March 19. 3. SURC – Friday, April 20, all day Student volunteers (contact Rin Dehshitsang) Graduate students (serve as oral sessions moderators) - See Donna Vogler Faculty volunteers (moderators, abstract review) – See Tracy Betsinger
