Safety Programs make broad, all inclusive statements. But most of the time COMPROMISE those statements when it costs them time and/or money.

(Trying to keep it simple) Kentucky 811 2016 Law Highlights 3 Main Areas to Enforce (Trying to keep it simple) Anyone digging in Kentucky MUST notify all utilities in the area 2 WORKING DAYS prior to starting. All notified utility operators MUST respond within 2 WORKING DAYS. Excavators MUST use non-intrusive digging methods within the protected zone: 18” on each side of the facility.
