User Support Network Group What is PRODCOM? PRODCOM is a system for the collection and dissemination of statistics on the production of manufactured goods. It is based on a product classification called the PRODCOM List. The legal bases are Council Regulation 3924/91 and Commission Regulation 912/2004, plus an annual Commission Regulation on the List 27-28 February 2013 User Support Network Group
