Group Apps by creating a Speed Bump Apps can be grouped and moved around using drag and drop. When you see the vertical bar, you have created a speed bump. Drop the app on the right side of the bar to create a new group. Name the group. Unpin apps that you dont use. Right click using no touch. Hold down using touch until task bar pops up at bottom. Uninstall apps.

Closing Apps Not Necessary Apps that are minimized when you go to a new one use minimal memory. When the system needs the resources, it will close the app. When you bring it back up though, your stuff will still be there. If you insist on closing the app down: Alt + F4 Ctrl + Shift + Esc Brings up Task Manager so you can close the Apps
Immersive Apps Apps that run full screen. You can run 2 apps at once. Swipe from the left and last app turns into a thumbnail. Drop this and one app runs in the sidebar pane and the other takes up the rest of the screen. Can run up to 6 apps with an added program.
Tile Magic! Some live tiles take up 2 spaces Right-click to bring up Apps Bar. Choose Smaller. Turn live tile off. Unpin from Start. Uninstall apps.
Pin Content to Start Screen You can pin apps to the Start Screen, but you can also pin content! Click the app you want. Choose content from the app. Right-click and choose Pin to Start Organize your collection of information by dropping them in a group together then naming the group.

Picture Passwords Search for create a picture password. Can also do Windows + 1. Click change picture password. Confirm your password. Use the current picture or change the picture. Draw 3 gestures on your picture. Confirm the 3 gestures. Press Windows + L to lock your screen. Try your picture password.
Limited Bandwidth? If you are worried about bandwidth, you can: Turn live tiles off. Set your wireless connection as a metered connection.
Sync and Privacy Connect with your Microsoft account and all settings will be the same on your laptop and tablet. Sync calendars, contacts, details, etc.
