Rosters & Teaching Schedules Use Roster Review Checklist guidelines to update rosters Turn in all folders to the sped office for students who are no longer at your school You will get an email from Bridgette or Lisa to turn in your drops SER Exit Form needed for all drops Completed Transition Questionnaire needed for all students 15 years old and older IEP folders are reviewed by the sped office so make sure that everything that needs to be in the IEP folder is in the IEP folder including Progress Monitoring and Behavior Tracking Use the Teaching Schedules on the St. John Office of Special Education website page Teaching Schedule must match minutes, educational areas, and service locations on the students’ IEPs Rosters & Teaching Schedules

Child Count Child Count Date – September 30, 2016 All IEPs due in September must be held A copy of these IEPs must be turned into Milesville A.S.A.P. Child Count Rosters will be emailed to the department chairs on Thursday, September 29, 2016 Child Count Rosters must be signed by the service provider and principal/dated September 30, 2016 verifying that all information is correct as of this date and services are being provided. Rosters are turned into the Milesville no later than Monday, October 3, 2016. Progress Monitoring Logs will be collected with the November Rosters Child Count
