Who are you? How did you get here? What do you hope to get out of this?

New Year’s Resolutions Do you remember what yours was? Fact: 40% of New Year’s Resolutions are Fitness related Fact: Only 8% of Resolutions (goals) are actually met. What are the 8% doing that the other 92% are not???
