If you feel like running away, contact Childline (0800 1111) or Kooth.com 42% of all those running away for a day or more stay on the street, 1 in 6 of these are transgender. The equivalent to the number of young people in 7 school classes run away for more than a day. These posters have been produced by Calderdale Safeguarding Children Board Young Advisors for Young People These shocking facts have been taken from the Electronic Needs Health Assessment (eHNA) which surveyed 4212 young people from schools across Calderdale

Talk, Don’t Self Harm In Calderdale out of 4212 children:   In Calderdale out of 4212 children: 291 have seriously considered harming themselves on purpose. 597 have sometimes considered harming themselves on purpose. Approximately 3 people in every class have purposefully cut themselves. Females and transgender people are more likely to cut themselves. Cutting yourself isn’t the way to go.
