My Chromebook is fully charged, but the screen keeps turning black. Click to the next slide and walk through the solution! Follow the yellow triangle to see where to click!

Open a new Chrome window.

2. In the browser, type chrome://policy

2. Select “Reload policies”

3. Close out of all Chrome windows.

4. Click your Control Center in the bottom right.

5. Select shut down. After your computer powers off, turn it back on to see if you’ve fixed the issue.

Didn’t work? Perform a HARD RESET Press REFRESH + POWER button OR Hold the power button for at least 10 seconds See if your issue is fixed!
