Listening to your feedback Peamount Healthcare 2017 What you told us What we did The front garden area was upgraded with more seating and new planting You asked for more seating outside in the garden area of St. Patrick’s You said there was poor visibility when leaving the car park at the rear of St Patrick’s A new two way mirror was installed to improve vision A new toaster would be helpful in the OT Kitchen A new suitable toaster was purchased & made available in the OT Kitchen You said the chairs were uncomfortable at the Peamount Respiratory Empowerment Programme (PREP) Bigger more comfortable/suitable chairs were ordered and put in place Your comments and feedback are welcomed and valued. What you told us What we did More sessions with my physiotherapist on inpatients Classes started on inpatients in 3 areas focusing on falls, balance and general exercise More time with my physiotherapist on outpatients Outpatient treatment times increased from 30 minutes to 45 minutes More meditation in Pulmonary rehabilitation Mindfulness sessions added with assistance of Occupational Therapy Place to hang coats and bags Coat racks placed in more practical and visible spot in gym Your comments and feedback are welcomed and valued.
