He also asked for personal sacrifice when he said, "Ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country."

CUBA! – Fidel Castro and the Bay of Pigs Disaster In 1959, Fidel Castro led a Communist Revolution against a corrupt dictatorship in Cuba. Many Cubans fled to the US. The CIA trained and supported a group of Cuban exiles to try to retake the island from Fidel Castro, but they failed and were captured.
