Let Go… Little by little- piece by piece Tapping into your sense of humor. By asking yourself- “What for...?” Reaffirming “Self”- “I Can...”, “I am…”, ”I am an infinite being not subject to….” Surrounding yourself with positivity. Learning from the bumps along the way. Focusing on the welfare and happiness of others. Balancing work, enjoyment and love. Finding your happiness from within. Making positive choices. Surrendering to possibilities. Practicing gratitude. A different perspective can provide a clearer view. Feeling the lasting effect of a good laugh or cry. Of all the blocks to happiness, wealth, acceptance, love and peace.

“We are only subject to what we hold in our mind.” p.212 “Our feelings and thoughts always have an effect on other persons and affect our relationships whether these thoughts or feelings are verbalized or not.”p. 258 “What is held in the mind, tends to manifest….”p.109 “The body will express the beliefs held in mind, consciously or unconsciously.”p.212 “A thought is powerful because it has a high rate of vibration. A thought is actually a thing: it has an energy pattern.”p. 213 What thoughts do you hold in your mind? What would you not want others to know about you and you would like to surrender? “All that we experience are our own thoughts, feelings, and beliefs projected onto the world, actually causing what we see to happen.”p.211

Grateful? Courageous? Accepting? Peaceful? Angry? Depressed? Desiring? “The world can only see us as we see ourselves.”p. 46 “Clean-up your own act.”p.259 How do you see yourself? How are you seen by others? How do you want others to see you? Grateful? Courageous? Loving? Peaceful? Accepting? Angry? Depressed? Desiring? Grieving? Prideful? Fearful?

“In the surrendered state, we are independent of the outer world as a source of satisfaction because the source of happiness has been found within us.”p.253 With this awareness we can achieve an inner calmness, stillness and a sense of inner peace..

“Without a change of consciousness, there is no real reduction in stress.”p.221

“When the clouds are removed, the sun shines forth.”p. 287
