But, what does STAR stand for? Using STAR You can use this technique to answer and structure competency-based questions. But, what does STAR stand for?

Situation - contextualize example Task - What needed to be done? Action - What did you do? - How did you do it? Result - positive outcome - what did you learn or gain?

Assignment 2 Look at the application questions on the next PPT slide Choose 1 question and write 250-300 words or Choose 2 questions and write 150 words for each * Answer the questions using STAR ** Write the number of words on the assignment (and stick to the word count) *** Ensure your assignment is professionally presented
