Trios

Seeing the Loving Nature

Listening with your Heart

Trio Time! Sharer will have 5 minutes to talk about a challenge they are currently facing (personal or work). If they feel like they have finished talking about one topic, they can move onto another challenge. After the 5 minutes are up, we will have 2 minutes for feedback. During feedback, all 3 participants can talk about what that experience was like for them. We will then rotate in our chairs counter clockwise. The Sharer will become the Observer, the Observer will become the Listener, and the Listener will become the Sharer. We will repeat this process 3 times so that all participants experience each seat and the trio can be considered complete.

Debrief What were some benefits you experienced through this process? In what ways could you use this process at your organization?

Thank you for being open today and for sharing your loving with us!
