3x3-MPPC-SMDx16ch SiPM tileable modules from Hamamatsu ~18mm ~16mm Single module 2x2 array 3x3 array

16ch MPPC SiPM scintillation module with front-end readout from AIT and LYSO array from Proteus ~18mm ~37mm ~24mm Examples of raw images and single pixel energy spectra (22Na source) obtained with 1mm step 10mm thick LYSO array for two sets of optical windows and center of gravity algorithm parameters. Energy resolution ~11.0-12.5% @511 keV.

Test Kit Scintillator array and SiPM module FPGA 16ch USB2 DAQ Transition module Example of the use of a 16ch test kit (available from AIT) for evaluations of the 16 MPPC SiPM modules.
