Exercise

James. Once upon a time , there was a boy called James. James loved sitting around and playing on his ps4. Most children would love to do that too, but their parents would be nagging them to go outside and play. One summers morning after James had his large cooked breakfast, he sat on the sofa while his mum went to yoga class, his sister went to swimming, his dad went to the gym and his brother went to rugby class. James didn’t really find anything special about any exercises he just wanted to play on his ps4.But one afternoon James had a very weird dream . He had a dream about what it would be like to exercise , it was a wonderful feeling .So he got up and started to jog to the gym .As he reached the gym He saw his dad sitting outside eating a salad. “WOW your exercising!” So James told his dad about the dream and not wanting to play on his boring old ps4. After James had finished telling his dad about the dream his dad took James inside the gym . James had a go on the treadmill ,bars ,weight-lifts and everything else he had noticed that he was a lot more slender and healthy .He felt more energetic, more ready to take on anything :he had done it he had ….
