Western students adopt a more relaxed attitude toward learning, partly because there is less competition in getting to college; partly because of the interactive nature of the classroom.They are more outspoken. They focus more on interpretative analysis and creative thinking. Chinese students usually do not like to express their opinions in public. They care about “face”. They focus more on rote learning.
