County Hospital – Communication around Services Regular Outreach sessions at County Hospital 3 visits to county hospital to promote Healthwatch and our work around the Sustainability and Transformation Partnership Engaged with 73 patients and staff during the visits. Signposted 15 patients to other services including PALS, Powher, Alzheimer’s Society. Children's Accident and Emergency Services Midwifery Led maternity unit Minor Injuries

Carers Support and Access to Services Increase in demand in carers support across Staffordshire Eg. Katharine House Hospice Day Services. Carer of a patient with Cancer Care requirements awaiting 3 months for a carers assessment.
