NCA NCA, National Co-ordation Authority: consists of two departments: a) Department of Management and Co-ordination of NSRF b) Department of Publicity and Administrative Capacity of NSRF ensures a nationwide information campaign on EU funds ensures an education and administrative capacity systems www.strukturalni-fondy.cz

3. A Working Group A Working Group for Information and Publicity of EU funds: established by NCA in November 2007 there have been organised 2 meetings already the third is planned for June 2008 the head of the WG is a NCA member, the director of Department of Publicity and Administrative Capacity NSRF members are competent publicity officers of all MA´s of the Czech Republic NCA co-operates with MA´s on preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of communication plans, year action communication plans; on organising of specific information and publicity measures for potential beneficiaries and other target communication groups WG also plays a role of a network for an exchange of experience www.strukturalni-fondy.cz

The Main Activities a handbook for potential beneficiaries/beneficiaries from EU funds - focused on businessmen, municipalities, public administration and non-profit associations a website www.strukturalni-fondy.cz - new structure and design to make it more user-friendly co-operation with Office of the Government on an integrated information system - EU centres in every region, website www.euroskop.cz and phone line Eurofon 800 200 200 press trips - co.operation with regional MA´s while working group broad-based campaign - about succesfull projects www.strukturalni-fondy.cz

5. TV Spots A broad-based campaign – Succesfull Projects: about succesfull projects of programming period 2000-2006 (2004-2006 in CZ) exhibiotion of photos public voting for the best projects official contest, where 20 winning projects will be appart of promo DVDs and then appear as TV documentary series in statutory television (channel CT1 or CT2) Based on past experience with shooting of TV spots: for example TV spot about Zbiroh Castle reconstruction (show) interview with author of the project, detail information about the process, information about specific EU fund, OP, axes and managing authorities motivation to those, who doubt www.strukturalni-fondy.cz
