Vodafone Network Guarantee Vodafone are so confident in their network they guarantee it If a new customer signing up to a plan is not satisfied with the network within the first 30 days, they can leave. Vodafone will even refund any monthly access fees and monthly handset installments  provided the customer returns the device in its original packaging within 10 days of a claim.  Plus a new customer signing up to a selected 12 or 24 month plan will get  one month of unlimited data within Australia (replaces Data Workout) If a new customer signing up to a plan is not satisfied within the first 30 days, they can leave. Vodafone will even refund any monthly access fees and monthly handset installments  provided the customer returns the device in its original packaging within 10 days of a claim.  Plus a new customer signing up to a selected 12 or 24 month plan will get  one month of unlimited data within Australia. Please note that data work out is no longer available for any customer (new and existing) as a result of this change
