I’m Interested in… I’m interested in becoming a Pediatrician because… - I like playing with children - I always wanted to help people whether it’s children or adults. - I love anything that deals with the medical field.
Typical Tasks Examines children, regularly for check-ups. Treats children with Health problems, minor illness and prescribes treatment. Counsels patients on diet and hygiene. Collects and records patient information;medical history, reports and tests results

Working Conditions Good I will work in small private offices, assisted by a small group of nurses. I’m in an Environmentally controlled area My working area is sterile. It’s common safety attire
Working Conditions (Continued) Bad You’ll be exposed to Disease and Infections If you’re a surgeon you have to stand for a long period of time. Work 60 hours or more a week
Job Outlook Opportunities are expected to very good because of the new technology increase. It’s best to get a job in a rural or a low-income area.
