FY ’09 Justice Assistance Funding In June, both the House and the Senate Appropriations Committees reported out their Commerce, Justice, Science (CJS) appropriations bills (House number not available; Senate S. 3182, Report 110-397 It is uncertain whether either or both bills will be brought to the floor Final work on these bills is expected in the winter of ’09 after the new Congress convenes Robert R.
