Where does it start and end? Which tools did you use to solve your problem? (i.e. PDSA cycles, time-motion studies, brainstorming, process mapping) What methods did you use? Who was involved in the project? (who was on your team – manager, colleagues, employees, interns?) What were your project findings? Outcomes?
