Opportunity Discussion If a suitable sponsor/grant/contract matches a need: Governmental: Grants Development meets with director & supervisors to outline proposal plan Private: VC Foundation contacts department directly to prepare proposal details VCF Employee Grant: If applying internally vs. externally, employee submits request to VCF
