What will this workshop provide? Session 1 - Apply an understanding of your own personality characteristics, as well as others for more effective communication Session 2 - Utilize impression management skills and audience analysis (to gain credibility and adapt message) Session 3 - Respond effectively to cultural and conflict-related situations Session 4 -Gain confidence in public speaking by preparing and presenting a speech orally
