Step 1 of the E-vetting process is sending this form and a copy of your ID to one of the children’s officers. The purpose of this is so the children’s officers are aware of your role in the club, and your contact details. After sending this form and copy of your ID, continue to step 2

After submitting the step 2 On-line E-vetting application form to the National vetting bureau you will receive an email with the vetting form (step 3). Completing this form is a confidential matter between you and the National Vetting Bureau All sections of the form including current and previous addresses, email address and contact telephone numbers, information on convictions and prosecutions (if any), plus other information will be required when completing the form..
This MUST be submitted within 30 days of receiving the email from the National Vetting Bureau, otherwise you will have to complete steps 2 and 3 again You and your Club Secretary will be notified when the vetting process has been completed.
