MTM Measurement Initiative Manager Overview

A way for us to get better Why are we evaluating? A way for us to get better We will be using your feedback to make improvements to the content we deliver and the way we deliver training, enabling you to apply learning on the job, and helping you to do your job better. Simply put, we’re collecting better data so we can make better decisions This includes the candid and constructive feedback that you provide. The feedback you provide will be aggregated with other data and used to improve the quality of the training we offer. It will not be used in the individual performance review processes.

Manager engagement Makes your job easier How does it impact you? When managers are proactively engaged in their employees’ learning and development, their employees can outperform peers by 25% Investments in learning can be lost if there is insufficient support both before and after training to ensure successful transfer and application of new skills Makes your job easier You and the learners (your employees) will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the courses The data will help us to better align training to the performance required on the job, the performance for which you are accountable

We can’t do this without you We need your help! We can’t do this without you Meet with your employees before and after they attend training. Encourage the learners to complete the surveys they receive and to provide candid feedback – they will be receiving an email invitation immediately following class. We want to hear from you too To be considerate of your time, we will be soliciting your feedback on select programs only The feedback you provide can have a huge impact. Take a few minutes to complete the evaluations we send to you.

Your help in this process is appreciated. We look forward to making our organization better…together!
