English Imagine you are a time traveller. Using the five senses, describe your journey through time. When and where are the places you travel to? What does it feel like to time travel? The five senses: What can you see? What can you hear? What can you smell? What can you taste? What can you feel? The five senses: What can you see? What can you hear? What can you smell? Level 6 I use a range of sentence structures (minor, simple, compound, complex) and varied vocabulary to create specific effects. My spelling and punctuation are always accurate and I use a range of techniques to create effect (simile, metaphor, alliteration, onomatopoeia, pathetic fallacy). Think about: Time travelling: What is it like? Can you see time moving? What kind of journey is it? Is it a smooth ride or a bumpy journey? How does it make you feel? The places you choose to visit: When and where are they? Why did you choose to visit this place? Describe in detail what you can see, hear, smell, taste and feel.
