Nicole is an accomplished business professional, bringing years of experience to DHR International, gained across the Advanced Technology, Industrial, and Business and Professional Services practices. Prior to joining DHR International, Nicole served as Principal for BluEra where she leveraged her expertise leading global multidisciplinary teams to help clients attain their full potential. She has led efforts to recruit industrial leadership, senior legal and accounting advisors and not for profit boards. Before her career in executive search, Nicole led global product management initiatives with a large advanced technology company, advised companies in international and product expansion, and held strategic marketing roles in financial services and government. Bilingual and educated in three countries, Nicole holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bishop’s University and L’école supérieure des sciences commerciales d’Angers (ESSCA), France. Nicole sits on the Calgary Health Trust Rockyview General Hospital Development Council. Previously, she served on the Open to Grow microcredit Board, the Calgary Stampede Lotteries Committee, Junior Achievement, and the Canadian Association for Disabled Skiing (CADS) as an instructor to disabled children.
