Trip to the Cox’s Bazar Prepared by JAOWAD CHOWDHURY Department Of (MCT) Daffodil International University

Recently we had a trip to the world’s longest sea beach Cox’s Bazar. It is a town on the southeast coast of Bangladesh. It is one of the most beautiful and attractive places in Bangladesh. One of our friend captured some photographs at Laboni Beach which has a beautiful scenery.

The interesting features of Cox’s Bazar Cox’s Bazar is known as the world’s longest sea beach with more than 120 km long area. There are different places of attractions including Himchari, Maheshkhali, Sonadia Island, Laboni Beach and so on. Tourist are also attracted by the waterfalls and birds. People from every sector of Bangladesh and abroad come to visit here. It has become an International tourist place. Popular sea foods of Cox’s Bazar: Lots of sea fishes are found including Coral, Rup Chanda, Hilsa, Sword Fish and so on. Also international food items like sea momos, fish pasta, shrimp chowmein and so on. some best restaurant's are Beach Planet, Devine Sea Stone Café, Sea Lamp Beach Cafe, Mermaid Café, EFC (Elite Food Corner), Jhaubon Restaurant, Poushee Restaurant etc.Beach PlanetDevine Sea Stone Café Mermaid Café EFC (Elite Food Corner) Fresh fruit juice are also found specially the coconut water. Himchari: Himchari waterfall is the most attractive places of Cox’s Bazar. Tourist can enjoy the sea view from the top of the hill. There is a fair located under the hill where lots of sea goods are found. The Burmese market of Cox’s Bazar: This is a huge market beside the sea shore. Lots of pickles, nuts, burmese shoes and cloths, dry fishes are found here. Not only the bengali people but also the foreigners enjoy themselves by buying these products.
