Hotel Information Buena Vista Suites - Lake Buena Vista 8203 World Center Drive Orlando, FL Suite format - 2 Double Beds, 1 fold out couch Full Buffet Breakfast Daily On-site Security 10:30pm-5:30 am daily Can make additional reservations by contacting hotel directly All students must stay and transport with the trip group

Fast Passes, Special Options Will be provided a copy of the ticket with ticket # to use for booking when available. For single park tickets, fast passes can be booked 30 days prior. BRT app Upload pictures to the group page Commemorative slide show provided at conclusion Disney 3 day park passes and Universal 1 day/ 2 park pass available to others joining separately by going to BRT site and pre-purchasing. $275 due by January 1.

Rain Gear - it’s Florida! Ear plugs SLEEP the day prior Good food choices during the bus ride Pack small disposable toiletries and change of clothes for arrival Budgeting for kids without parents accompanying Florida sun, heat, and humidity can be intense It will rain daily! Motion sick prone children need to choose front of the bus seats Kids need to choose someone to sit next to on bus to and from as well as roommates (4 students to a room)
