Chaperones will be registered as Non-Performer Full Residency Package participants, with the same expected fees. If our fundraising is amazing, we may be able to cover some of the chaperone fees.

Liberty Traveling Performer Conduct Our intent is to create and maintain a safe, civil, respectful, and inclusive learning and performing community. Show respect for yourself, your singing companions, the director, the learning environment, and the music itself. All LHS students will conform to the policies and procedures outlined in the Student Handbook. Further, The Liberty Singers will exemplify the outstanding social conduct associated with a performing group of the highest caliber. This includes the time spent traveling to and from any performance or viewing venue. You have all signed the conduct contract on the back of your permission form. THIS IS BINDING Be an Ambassador of the Liberty Singers and Concert Chorale Remember: You are the public face of our Choral Department, whether you are onstage with the group, attending daily HS classes, or representing us at an off- campus festival. Choir members traditionally conduct themselves in a manner that is far better than just average compliance to district behavior rules. When performing or visiting away from LHS, students are expected to maintain exemplary conduct. Dress and act with pride and good citizenship at all times! Be present, be on time, be prepared! The Liberty Singers and Concert Chorale are on time. They are dedicated to learning from every performance opportunity, be they onstage or in the audience. The Liberty Singers and Concert Chorale arrive in uniform, with all materials and equipment necessary for the performance or task at hand. Rehearsals and performances are your responsibility, and are taken seriously. Failure to comply with the Conduct Agreement will result in removal from the activity. If you miss the departure time of our transportation on any field trip, we will not come back for you.

Cost Per Person: MidAmerica Production Fees, Meals, and Transportation Estimates Individual Fees Calculated Without Fundraising Considerations Payments and Deadlines: Approximately $1900.00 per person, Air/Performance/ Two dinners/Celebration Cruise $10,000.00 = Initial Deposit April 15, 2018 Rooming Grid Due = initial, May 15 2018 Commitment Letter Due = July 15, 2018 Sept. 1, 2018 = $450.00 = Second Payment Deposit Security List, Rooming List, Flight List Due = Oct. 15, 2018 Nov. 1, 2018 = $450.00 = Third Payment Deposit January 1, 2019 = $450.00 = Fourth Payment Deposit February 6, 2019 = Balance Due = Remaining MAP + Flight Fees (550.00 or less depending upon fundraising between now and February 6th, 2019) Fees based upon published MidAmerica Productions Full Residency Package of $1499.00 per person, plus estimates of air (500.00) transportation fees, minus the initial deposit. The initial $10,000.00 has been paid through our fundraising account. This reduces our initial cost from 2000.00 per person to 1900.00. Additional fundraising income will be figured into the overall expense during the 2018-19 school year, and individual payments will be adjusted accordingly. All families should plan on an additional 280.00 (for 9 meals and an airport shuttle. This adds to our overall cost per person, and I have estimated high on the meals.
